If you're reading this, either in your inbox or on ghost dot io, you likely know that Kaleb Horton died on September 26, 2025. The loss—of talent, curiosity, empathy, and a singular unmistakable inimitable voice—cannot be measured.

As his estranged wife turned legal widow (a mantle he would have found as bleakly amusing as I sometimes do), I have arranged for this site to remain live in perpetuity. Formerly paid memberships are now free. There will be no further changes.
